What you get

Configurable rounds, rest intervals and warnings. The stage changes colour between work, warning and rest, so the phase reads from across the room. On devices with a speaker, a bell rings at every round boundary and a chirp marks the warning window.

Features

• Three pickers set the workout: 1 to 20 rounds, 30 seconds to 10 minutes each, rest up to 5 minutes.
• Full-screen colour tells the phase from across the room: green for work, amber for the warning, red for rest.
• A bell starts every round, a different chime ends it, and a short chirp opens the warning window.
• Optional warning at 10 or 30 seconds left, and a get-ready delay before the first bell.
• One button drives the whole session: start, pause, resume, then straight into a new one.
• Remembers your workout between sessions, and reset brings back the classic 5 x 3 minute boxing setup.
