What we keep about you, why, and how to get rid of it.

The short version
We keep what we need to run your account, your devices and your licences. That's it.
We don't sell your data. We don't show ads. We don't track you around the web, and there are no analytics on this site.
Everything on this site, fonts included, loads from our own servers. Your browser doesn't talk to anyone else while you're here, apart from our payment provider when you check out.
What we keep
Your account: your email address and the name you sign up with.
Your devices: an ID worked out from the device's hardware, the board type, the firmware version it runs, the name you give it, and when it last checked in.
Your licences and orders: what you got, when, and which device it's on.
Your reviews: what you write, and any photo you add. We re-save every photo before we store it, which strips out hidden details such as where it was taken.
Payments
Dodo Payments runs checkout for us as the merchant of record. They take your card details, billing address and any tax, and they never share your card with us.
What we get back is an order reference and whether it was paid. That's enough for us to give you your licence.
Cookies
We use two cookies, and both are there to make the site work:
One keeps you signed in. It runs out after 8 hours without use.
One protects the forms on this site from being sent by another website.
No tracking cookies, no ad cookies, no cookie banner needed.
When you contact us
A message you send through the contact form comes to us as an email. We use your address only to reply.
How long we keep it
Your account, devices and licences: for as long as your account is open.
Order records: for as long as tax and accounting rules say we have to.
Server logs, which include IP addresses: for a short time, to keep the service running and safe.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to fix something that's wrong, or ask us to delete your account. Just use the contact form.
Deleting your account also removes your devices and licences, so paid apps stop working. We'll check with you before we do it.
Changes
If we change this page in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and tell you by email if you have an account.
