Try before you buy
Most paid apps come with a free 24-hour trial. Install it, use it on your own board, and only pay if you like it.
Because you can try first, we don't offer refunds. Once you buy something, the sale is final.
Asset packs
Packs don't have a trial. Every store page shows screenshots and which boards the pack works on, so please look before you buy.
Why no refunds
Your licence is created and sent to your device the moment you pay. We have no way to take back something that's already on your device.
When something went wrong
These aren't refund requests. They're our mistakes, and we'll put them right:
you were charged twice for the same thing;
you paid, but no licence appeared in your account;
the store said the app works on your board, and it doesn't.
Tell us through the contact form and include your order reference from the payment email.
Your legal rights
Nothing on this page takes away rights you have under consumer law where you live. Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for every purchase, and its terms apply to the payment as well.
