Terms
The deal between you and us when you use this store.
Last updated 15 October 2026
The basics
YOS-ESP is run by Sukesh Ashok Kumar, an individual based in Karnataka, India. It's not a company. When these terms say "we" or "us", that's who they mean.
By making an account or buying something here, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.
Your account
Keep your sign-in safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account and on the devices you add to it.
If you think someone else got in, tell us straight away.
What you get when you buy
You buy a licence to use an app or a pack. You don't buy the app itself, and you can't resell or share it.
A paid licence belongs to one device. Need it on more devices? Buy extra seats.
A free app is tied to your account, so you can use it on any of your devices.
Got a new board, or one broke? Move the licence yourself from My apps. Each licence comes with a few moves, and My apps shows how many you have left. Used them all up? Get in touch and we'll sort it out.
Trials stay on the device you started them on.
Trials
Many paid apps come with a free 24-hour trial. You get one trial per app, on one device. When the time is up, the app stops until you buy it.
Asset packs don't have trials, so check the store page before you buy one.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Dodo Payments handles checkout as the merchant of record, adds any tax that applies, and its own terms cover the payment itself.
Your licence shows up in your account once the payment goes through.
The firmware
The firmware on your device is free to use and has its own licence. These terms don't limit it, and we never lock your firmware behind a purchase.
Play fair
Please don't:
try to get around licence checks, or help anyone else do it;
copy, resell or share apps or packs you got here;
attack, overload or misuse the store or its services.
If you do, we may suspend your account or cancel the licences involved.
Things change
We work hard to keep the store and its services running, but we can't promise they will never go down.
We may update apps, change what an app does, or retire an app. We may also update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email.
Our responsibility
Apps and services are provided as they are. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and the most we'll ever owe you is what you paid for the app or pack involved.
Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If there's a dispute, the courts in Karnataka, India handle it.
If you're a consumer, you can still use the rights and courts your own country's law gives you.
